This is, in itself, a huge step forward for people like me who will happily design theme after theme without the ability to do anything with them! Secondly, if done properly this could revolutionise the web-design industry, what with the hundreds of company's offering .psd to wordpress services among other things. Lastly, I believe it will be a very long time before a program such as this one can compete with an experienced web-developer in the quality and variety of the process itself.
